Dr. Paula Druskins

Dr. Paula Druskins started her education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and all of her pre-dental courses there. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1999.

Dr. Druskins is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the local 9th District Dental Society.


Karen, Front Office

Karen has worked in the dental field since 2000, and was with the practice when Dr. Druskins took over in 2002. Karen achieved her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Davenport University in December 2003. She has an unbelievable ability with numbers, and is normally the person you speak with when you call the office.

Karen has been married to her husband, Lonnie since 2005, and they have a son named Izak. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is active with hunting, boating, and watching/playing sports.


Erin, Registered Dental Hygienist

Erin is a graduate of Ferris State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene and her master's degree in public health. She has been in the dental field practicing as a clinical dental hygienist since 2007. She has recently started teaching within the dental hygiene program at Delta Community College to share her love of dental hygiene with up and coming dental hygienists. She strives to make each patient's experience a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Erin and her husband Jared reside in Beaverton with their two boys, Chase and Griffin, and their dog Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, reading, spending her time with her family, and enjoying their property in the Upper Peninsula.


Kylee, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kylee graduated from Ferris State University in 2012, where she was the recipient of the Hygienist's Golden Scaler Award. During her time as a Hygienist she has worked with a wide variety of patients who have varying levels of oral hygiene complexities. Kylee enjoys expanding her knowledge of periodontal health through continuing education courses, and motivating individuals to improve their oral health.

Growing up on her family's farm in the central Michigan area, Kylee participated in 4-H and competitive dance. In August of 2015, she married her high school sweetheart and together they have two sons. As a family they enjoy outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and fishing.


Jamie, Registered Dental Assistant

Native to the area, Jamie has been lighting up our office since 2015. She completed her licensing to be a Registered Dental Assistant in August of 2020. This allows her to spend more one-on-one time with patients providing services such as fillings, in-office bleaching, denture adjustments, and many other procedures. Jamie also loves working in the lab which utilizes her creative side and skills while working on projects such as taking impressions, pouring and trimming patient models, making custom trays, night guards, and sports guards.

Outside of work Jamie likes to be outdoors, travel, and spend time with her kiddos and pup.


Kristen, Registered Dental Hygienist

Kristen graduated with honors and as vice president of her dental hygiene class from Kellogg Community College, as well as graduating with honors from Northwood University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She enjoys continuous improvement and learning. Some of her favorite aspects of preventative dentistry include patient education, identifying focus areas for oral hygiene improvement, providing customized homecare instruction plans, and reducing dental anxiety.

Aside from dentistry, Kristen enjoys spending her time appreciating nature and the outdoors. She and her husband like to go recreational boating, camping, fishing, biking, golfing, rock hunting, and travelling to different places. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and relaxing in the hammock at home.


Nichole, Dental Assistant

Nicole's journey in dentistry started in 2015 when she had on the job training to become a chairside dental assistant. Although she was unsure of the path at first, she immediately fell in love with the dental field. Her favorite part of being an assistant is helping to put the patients at ease and helping make temporary crowns. She enjoys getting to know the patients and helping to make their smiles great.

Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and three girls. This keeps her very busy! They love to camp, spend time outside, and take trips all over the beautiful state of Michigan.
